With this service, you receive a local number in virtually any major city in the world, which will
forward incoming calls to your phone wherever you are. When someone calls you, they will only need
to dial your local phone number and the call will be forwarded to your phone anywhere in the world.
You pay only for the forwarded call!

number will automatically redirect and call forward your calls anywhere you choose, worldwide.
For example, you can own a virtual phone number in Argentina, Canada, France, Italy, Hong Kong, China,
a the calls will be redirected to your landline or mobile phone or a PBX in any country or even to a VoIP number.
An optional free feature is time of day routing: send calls to different phones at different
times of the day, even to different countries at different times!

Features and Benefits
Once you open an account with us we provide you with an online control panel
for you to effectively manage your calls. Each account also comes with the
following features at no extra charge.
- Advanced Forwarding
This feature allows you to forward your incoming calls to different phone
numbers for customized times of the day and set it for every day of the week.
For example, you can set up your number in a way that allows calls made in the
morning between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM to be forwarded to your office lines and
from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM to be forwarded to your cell phone and after 10:00 PM
till the next day morning 10:00 AM to go directly to voice mail. In addition you
can send all calls to your voice mail during the weekend.
- Failover Forwarding
In case the main number you will answer may be busy or may not be always
attended to take the call, you can enter up to 4 back up phone numbers to take
the call. So, when you receive a call, if the main number does not answer in
certain number of seconds (you can also set this grace period), then service
instantly dials the next failover number in the system and if that number does
not answer, then it goes to 3rd and if no answer or busy it dials to 4th number.
- Customized Greeting
With this feature, you can record your own special greeting for the system to
announce every time someone dials your local or toll free number before ringing
to your phone. Example: If you record "Welcome to UWT, please wait while we
connect your call" this message will be played first when someone dials your
local or toll free number while the call is being forwarded to your existing
phone.
- Voicemail & Voicemail to Email
When activated "Voicemail" will answer if there your existing phone is busy
or does not answer. You can also activate "do not disturb" option which
automatically sends every call to your voice mail. You can check your voice
mails by dialing your Global Call Forwarding number and go to your voice mail
menu or you can receive them by email.
- ForwardFax
With this feature, you can activate fax function on a local or toll free
number which will allow you to receive and forward faxes to your email as image
files. Please note that a successful fax transmission depends on many factors
and some numbers may not be suitable for this feature. Please check the
availability for ForwardFax feature before purchasing a number for this specific
purpose.
- Simultaneous Call Forwarding
With this feature you can receive multiple calls all at the same time from
the same phone number. While it's automatically activated for all eligible
numbers, this feature may be unavailable for some numbers. Please see specific
notes in our rates page for more info regarding this before making a purchase.
- RollOver Minutes
When you sign up, select the RollOver Option to accumulate your unused plan
minutes for future use. This is a perfect solution for those customers that
have fluctuating account usage and would like to use those unused minutes
for times when higher call forwarding activity occurs.

How to sign up

We reserve the right to request additional information at our
sole option including a copy of the front and back of the credit card
and a copy of the front cover page of the current credit card billing
statement.
Once we have received the completed application, and it has been
approved (legibility, credit approval), you can expect service to begin within
24 to 72 hours. You will then receive an E-mail containing dialing instructions
and your assigned Access Phone Number(s) and PIN(s).
